It would be nice to save everyone, but that just isn't possible.

Without knowing who Echidna is going to pick, I'm not sure how likely that is. So - we just have to make sure that whoever gets hurt, we're there afterwards to make sure they're okay.

I know. But... I don't know what we can do about that possibility.

We face it, knowing that the possibility is there. But we will face it together.

I don't know. I just... Even trying to help them is putting them at risk. And that doesn't do anything for the rest of the teams, either. I have no idea what they'll choose or what might happen to them. But knowing how messed up this situation is doesn't do anything to change it, either.

I would like to place my faith in Tsuruno at the very least.

No, I... I trust Tsuruno, and I know we did everything we could. Sometimes that doesn't make it easier, though. You know? I'm more worried about the outcome than our intentions, but - I know there's not much any of us can do about that part. I don't think there's really a point in focusing on it until we know what's going to happen for certain.

Then why don't we do this. While we are awaiting the outcome, let us focus on something else?

Did you have something in mind?
